On My Way to a Neat Desk . . .

I came across images that I'd stamped and colored yesterday. As everything I needed to finish my cards was already out on my desktop, I finished them. Aren't these images cute? More from the Eggs-tra Special set from My Favorite Things. There's nothing notable here with the exception that the chicks again are chalked and everything else is colored with markers, a blending pen, and ink from my ink pads. I used the Swiss Dots Cuttlebug folder again on both cards and have realized that I might as well leave that one on the top of the pile. I've also decided that lifting the Cuttlebug from its place on the shelf to my desktop might be good for breast development. However, I best use my left arm once in a while, too, as to avoid becoming seriously lop-sided! So, now you know I'm 54 and concerning myself with breast development . . . Not really, it's just that I feel a significant tug in my chest when I'm lifting the bug.

With my desk all tidy and neat, I'm going to go finish preparing for stamp club and most likely, create the chaos all over again. If I had more space, I'd have a bigger mess . . .

Materials & Tools: White Daisy, Amethyst, Baby Pink, Breeze, and Key Lime cardstock; Sweet Pea paper packet; Black, Amethyst, Baby Pink, Breeze, and Key Lime ink pads; Orange marker; Chalk; Corner rounder (scallops); Cuttlebug w/Swiss Dots embossing folder; Ribbon from the Colonial White Designer Ribbon Rounds collection.

Love the line of "chickettes" on the top card. Too fun! The spring colors are refreshing to look at as well.

How'd your club go?

Yep, bigger desk means bigger mess.
