I wish all of the thoughts that are bombarding my brain this morning were as simple as my card. The card, I'm sure, is similar in design to one I posted in January. The color scheme is different, and as the sentiment stamp had not been used before, I know that it's different, too. I love the Angel Whispers stamp set. The cute flower has the propensity to make me smile.
Materials & Tools: White Daisy, Key Lime, and textured Baby Pink cardstock; Lilac Mist, Baby Pink, Sunkiss Yellow, Key Lime, and Blush ink pads; Angel Whispers stamp set; Yellow button; White embroidery floss; 3M foam mounting tape.
I woke up this morning thinking about the difference a week can make. When I opened my eyes last Saturday, my focus was very different from what it is today. Life was a little simpler. I do have the same darned cold I had a week ago, however, and am surprised I haven't rubbed my nose off or at least, whittled it down a bit for all the tissues I've used. Oh well, better to be using them for blowing my nose than wiping the tears away. With that thought, I'm going to go make the rest of the day a good one with no gloomy thoughts or worries about stuff I have no control over. I hope you make your day a good one, too! Later . . .

Kathi,
Here's to another week of growth. May this one bring reasons for smiles, not frowns ... for tears of relief, not tears of worry.
Hugs to you.
Maricar said it beautifully and I cannot express my thoughts any better.
Love the card! May have to "improvise" with what's in my stash.
