This is going to be another quick post. I have a ton of things to do to today in preparation for tomorrow. My card is for you in hopes that your day is wonderful.
Materials & Tools: Colonial White and Cranberry cardstock; Silhouette paper packet; Black, Autumn Terracotta, Sunny Yellow, New England Ivy, Garden Green, Olive, Cranberry, Chocolate, Grey Wool, and Grey Flannel ink pads; Dove blending pen; Corner rounder; Cricut w/Mini Monograms cartridge; Black mini brad; 3M foam mounting tape.
I didn't not make it back last night with a card or my weekly Friday Favorites post. There have not been very many events in my life thus far that have so overwhelmed me as the events of the past couple of weeks, and I realize that it is going to take a while for me to get my bearings straight again. Perhaps the most difficult thing for me is that I cannot find the right words to say what I feel. "Thank you" sounds so weak, and yet, in the chapel at the hospital on Thursday evening, those were the only two words I could put together. They are the only words I have for the friends and family members who have extended so many kindnesses and prayers.
Regardless of the fact that I'm temporarily tongue-tied, I have a long "to do" list and the desire to bring a little normalcy back into our lives, so I'm off to plan a heart-healthy Easter brunch.

What a beautiful card Kathi. Your work is awesome! I'm so glad that Marv's procedure went so well. Praise God!
Have a Blessed Easter! =)
One of your bloggin friends.
Similar to the weight that three simple words (I LOVE YOU) have, I think THANK YOU can say a lot in so little.
I know I said a THANK YOU last night during prayers for Marv.
Take care of you too!
Enjoy celebrating His blessings tomorrow. Happy Easter.
What a wonderful card and your thanks are plenty! To know you have been helped in a small way by the shared thoughts and prayers for you and Marv is thanks enough for me.
I hope you all enjoy a joyous Easter!
Hugs to you!
