This simple card was made with what I could salvage from last night's stamping disaster - namely the embossed background piece. I had intended to embellish the card with a couple of brads but then absent-mindedly attached my card front to the base before doing so. Thus, it is more simple than I intended. It is also beautiful compared to what I came up with last time I tried! It was that bad . . .
Materials & Tools: Colonial White, Garden Green, and Olive cardstock; Black, Indian Corn Blue, Olive, Hollyhock, Autumn Terracotta, Vineyard Berry, Chocolate, and Grey Wool ink pads; Stampin' Up Blooming with Love and Impression Obsession Sentiments II stamp sets; Dove blending pen; Stampin' Up Word Window punch; Cuttlebug w/Floral Fantasy embossing folder.

Very pretty! Love the embossing folder. I also love the monochromatic framed look.
For those times when I adhere before I mean to, I use UN-DU, which temporarily deactivates the "stick" of adhesive. When it evaporates, the item is sticky again! It's smelly but works great! (Didn't know if you knew about this product)
But I love the card, as is!
