This is my card for Beate's Weekend Sketch Challenge. Can you tell how much I love the Petals & Stems stamp set? It's sweet and fun. It makes me smile. I deemed paper choice important for this sketch and am happy with my choices.
Materials & Tools: White Daisy, Cranberry, Hollyhock, and Cocoa cardstock; Basic Grey "Infuse" paper pad; Olive, Hollyhock, Cranberry, Cocoa, and Bamboo ink pads; Verve Visual Petal & Stems and Thoughtful Florals stamp sets; Antiqued Copper Bitty Brads; Stampin' Up Word Window punch; 3M foam mounting tape.
My house is quiet. Marv went to the golf course, and Cameron came to pick up the boys late this morning. I have a "tent" (a Spiderman table with a blanket over it) in my living room and toys scattered everywhere. The sink is full of dishes from the pancake breakfast Grandpa made this morning. I have a shopping list as long as my arm. With a corner well-stocked with stamps, paper, and ink, all of that sounds rather unappealing. Nevertheless, I guess I'd better hop to it . . . Later!
