Lucky for You . . .

. . . My card-making skills are superior to those of making snowmen with marshmallows. I got the idea for this little fun, family activity from Jeanne. More photos of our adventure can be found here. Yes, I know another blog and one with a story at that. Started a month or so before Kathi's Corner, on July 4, 2007, it finally had its first "live" post today. Where I'm going with it, I don't know just yet.

I don't think I'm going to get any stamping done tonight. With the exception of my corner, which I managed to straighten up earlier in the day, our small space looks like it was hit by a large cyclone (or two little boys). There are dishes to be done and toys that need to be picked up, etc. I have to work tomorrow, too, which is a total bummer. The day of vacation I'd been saving to use tomorrow was used up when Marv's dad passed away. That's the way it goes. . . No complaints. Oh, and there's one more thing I need to do tonight. Mr. Bjorn got at my computer while I was making dinner. Computer whiz kid that he is, it appears that he changed some settings on the desktop. It's not looking pretty and needs to be fixed. His computer nerd daddy may have to assist. LOL.

That's it. I hope the start of 2009 was as good for you and yours as it was for us. Have a nice evening, and I'll catch you again tomorrow!

Really liked the photos. The snowmen are delightful and so are the pics of your family.

I thought I had commented on this yesterday, but realized I commented on the other blog posts. I think this snowman is hysterical! But I mean it in the most loving way. I hope you aren't too disappointed it didn't work quite like you envisioned. I think I must have gotten lucky when I made my sample because the other snowmen I saw worked in much the same way yours did.

Love that you attempted it and had fun doing it!
