Some days are like that ...

This is a key (as in the car key) laying on the roof. We live on the third floor of a
large, 25-unit apartment building. In fact, we manage the place, having taken on the
job and moving here "temporarily" 11 years ago. Another story. Anyway, we quickly
learned that if you forget something when you leave, having to go back in for it is a
royal pain in the you-know-where. And, while there are not too many items I am willing
to hurl out the window, I deemed long ago tossing the car key into waiting hands below
to be acceptable. It's a simple matter of popping out the screen and using just the right amount of arm power to get the keys to their destination. Marv and I have it down to a science. Cameron, however, obviously needs some practice.
I so love the dumbfounded look on his face. In the meanwhile, his
oldest son was rolling on the living room floor, laughing his fool head off.
Once he regained his composure, Cameron promptly delivered
my broom to his dad, who quickly solved of the problem and told the kid,
"Next time, have your mother throw my keys." And, if you're thinking
we're kind of weird around here, you're right. We are. LOL. I'll be back
in a bit with my "Simple Saturday" offering.

Oh Kathi, that is just the funniest thing I have heard or seen in a long time. Thanks for the laugh and tell Marv thanks for being such a good sport and I can picture Cam rolling around on the floor laughing. Where were the boys while all this was going on?

Thanks for the laugh, Kathi! Omgoodness is that ever funny. That you were composed enough to take photos is fantastic.

Thanks so much for sharing! Better not let that arm get too sore from stamping and/or cleaning!
