Getting older seems to mean one needs a lot more sympathy cards. Recently, I ordered this set of stamps with thoughts that the sentiments are all lovely and not only are there nice stamps for the outside of the card but the inside as well. When making sympathy cards, I almost always opt for the serenity of green, and I tend to keep them relatively simple – like everything else I do. LOL.

I had a great day at work and had a good time at bowling as well. I hope your day was a good one, too! We’re experiencing some mild, very welcome weather with bright sunshiny days and temperatures near 50 degrees. To be this far into fall without having yet worn a winter coat is quite remarkable in the frozen tundra. I’d love to be able to “hold out” until the first of December. After our snow this past weekend, it's been sunny and in the 50s all week. Just the way I like it. Pretty snow and then it goes away. LOL

I'm always watching out for a perfect sympathy card. It does seem that we need them more and more often (guess that's the reward for living longer than our friends!?).
