Make It Count!

Make It Count_Jan 2010

Happy New Year! I hope you’ve enjoyed the past few days. We certainly have, although I’m happy to think that now the holidays are over, life just might settle down again. So far, so good. Today was just an ordinary workday. Yea!

My card is kind of weird, made with elements from several stamp sets. I actually had my “vision” on New Year’s Eve but lacked the mojo to put it together.

Materials & Tools: Colonial White, Bamboo, Black, and Desert Sand cardstock; Silhouette Creative Basics; Black, Desert Sand, and Bamboo ink pads; Make It Count, January Word Puzzle (retired), and Moments In Time stamp sets; Natural twill ribbon; Gold mini brads; Black button; Circle Window Charms; Stampin’ Up Word Window punch; Cuttlebug w/Nestabilities Classic Circles and Labels Six sets; Sanding block; 3M foam tape.

The wedding on Saturday was beautiful, and yesterday, we traveled “home” to finally celebrate Christmas with my Mom. Tonight, I’m looking forward to catching up with my cyberspace friends. I’ve missed you and appreciate your patience! Later…

Kathi,

Cool card! I love both the time stamp set and the papers! I was thinking just the other day how perfect these two are for a New Year card!

I missed you too!!! I knew you had the wedding so I wasn't worried. BUT your presence was missed that's for sure.
Your card is so clever Kathi...I love it. The clock and the calender and the sentiment...all came together perfectly.
Happy New Year!
