Just Sittin' Here . . .

Here's another card made with a single stamp, as in "Pete," from Whipper Snapper Designs. Isn't he cute? I colored him with my Prismacolor pencils, used Gamsol odorless mineral spirits to blend the colors, and then decided what I was going to do to finish the card. I ended up choosing Moonstruck, Clover Meadow, and Sunny Yellow cardstock, three colors that I most likely wouldn't have put together otherwise. I used chalk to emulate "sky" and think I ended up with a pretty cute card.

I just got home from bowling. It was fun . . . maybe a little too much fun tonight . . . enough fun to make me very tired. About last night, I was OK by the time I went to bed, and I was much kinder to my stomach today. Lesson learned. Thanks for all the sympathy, even though I knew better and didn't deserve it. Work was great today, even though I was so busy and dealt with so many different people and issues that I can't even remember right now what the heck I did. Hopefully, it will all come back in the morning so I can pick up where I left off. I'm trying to figure out that new project management software as I go along, too, and right now, it's taking longer to deal with the software than it takes to complete some of the projects. Like that makes sense . . . I sure as heck can't see that it's going to make me more productive.
