The Real Deal

Here's another pull-up card. I knew what I was doing so it went a little faster this time. Vintage Christmas is my all-time favorite CTMH holiday stamp set. For the sentiments, I used the new Peace on Earth set. The colors are Ponderosa Pine and Cranberry. I used a Bamboo ink pad for the distressing. I did take the time to write down the dimensions. The "pocket" is 5-1/2 by 8-1/2. I folded it in half and then took an inch off one side. The card that's inside the pocket measures 3-1/2 by 4-1/4 backed with a 3-3/4 by 4-1/2 inch piece. The card that pops up is a 2-1/2 by 3-1/2 piece mounted on a 2-3/4 by 3-3/4 rectangle. Finally, the backing for the front piece is 3 by 4-1/2. The torn piece is 4-1/4 inches wide. A link to the directions can be found in my previous post. I don't do a lot of these paper engineering type things, and I thought it was fun. While I can't imagine making 75 of them, I'll probably make a few. Enjoy!

This card is so pretty. I, too, love the color combo. And typically I'm not a "paper engineer" either, but I migh just have to try this card. You've inspired me!

That is gorgeous! That card would be fun to do for a gift card too--LOVE it! This is still one of my favorite stamp sets. I always find myself coming back to it.
