Check It Out

I've got some friends coming by for a little workshop in a few minutes, so with no time to stamp, I thought I'd offer you something I've discovered in the past few days while checking my favorite blogs. Have you ever heard of "inchies?" The first I saw of them was a while back, and they were made by a collage artist. This past week, I've noticed that stampers are making them, too. Check out Sharon Harnist's PaperFections blog, and if you'd like to see these cute little things made into cards, take a look at Debbie Olson's Thinking Inking blog. I suppose I'm going to have to give them a try just to see what I can come up with. It might be fun, and it might be frustrating, as there are times when working with itty bitty things, it seems like I have 10 thumbs. There's the eyesight factor, too. Anything that requires me to put my bifocals on is not worth the effort. Maybe I'll give an inchie a try after my workshop tonight . . . I'll let you know how it goes!
