Weekend Sketch Revisited

I love this sketch. It's simple and great for using up scraps of patterned paper.

Materials & Tools: White Daisy and Lilac Mist cardstock; Sweet Pea paper packet; Lilac Mist, Blush, and Key Lime ink pads; Faith, Hope, Charity and Simple Stitches stamp sets; Just Blooms White Daisy Variety Pack; Create-A-Shade paint; Baby Pink and Sunkiss Yellow reinkers; Plaid #4 Shader paint brush; White mini brads; Pink mini brad.

Heck. You've been busy today. I guess that's what happens when a snow storm is a-brewing (14 days before Easter, might I add).

I need to follow your lead with this patchwork card. I liked the other one you posted during the week too, but never got around to doing anything with the ideas in my head.

I love that when it is storming outside, you're posting flowers and spring. I hope that is cheering you up - or at least that it simply brings a quick smile to your face!

This is lovely and indeed a great way to use scraps. Can you tell me, because I am too lazy to look it up...did you color the flowers with reinkers or the new paint or do they come in those colors? They are beautiful.

Great work!
