Blogger is in business again. Yes!! An hour or so ago, it wouldn't let me post a photo. Like everything else, I like it when it works, and when it doesn't, it frustrates me!
My card tonight is another result of my personal challenge to re-examine what I own and attempt to use the stamps I have in new and creative ways. Inspiring me were the cards Nicole Heady posted yesterday using Papertrey Ink's 2007-2008 anniversary set. As is usually the case, the glitter in the Stickles didn't photograph well, so the card is prettier in person. I would have liked to have used something besides the medallion again on the round piece but couldn't come up with the "right" element. I was going to use a paper flower, but the Just Blooms aren't quite "white" enough to look great against the White Daisy cardstock.
Materials & Tools: White Daisy, Breeze and Ocean cardstock; Breeze and Ocean ink pads; Alfresco and Stay it in Style May Stamp of the Month stamp sets; Stampin' Up Whisper White taffeta ribbon; Crystal Stickles; White Uni-ball Signo pen.

Except for the SU ribbon, I have all the pieces to this card. Maybe I can copy it ...
Ugh. It's been so long since I've taken time to create. I so miss it!
Thanks, though, for the inspiration!
This is just lovely! Another card to CASE!
What if you stamped that medallion on white and then sponged the edges &/or lightly sponged the circle with the Ocean ink? Then it would stand out a little more against the Breeze?
Just a thought since you brought it up. It's really lovely as is!!
Kathi this is the cutest card ever! I love it. Simple and sweet!
