Yup, I went to bed early last night, and what did I accomplish? I was up at 5 a.m., wide awake and ready to go. For fear of waking Marv up, however, I haven't dared sneak into the kitchen to make coffee yet. I need coffee!
My cards were inspired by the interesting color combination Alli Miles used in her latest Papertrey Ink Sneak Peak (Yes, it's that time again already!). I random stamped my flower, first with White Daisy pigment ink and again with same color ink. I used several large scraps of Breeze, Holiday Red, and Sweet Leaf - enough for several cards. The card designs are simple, which is part of their charm.
Materials & Tools: White Daisy, Breeze, Holiday Red, and Sweet Leaf cardstock; Daisy White pigment, Breeze, Holiday Red, Sweet Leaf, and Black ink pads; Treasures of the Heart and Happy Birthday stamp sets; Just Blooms White Daisy Variety Pack; Teal big brad; Glue Dots; 3M foam mounting tape.
I ran out to my car earlier to retrieve something I forgot to bring in last night, and I heard some birds chirping. They didn't sound angry today, most likely because the weather is milder. It was a sweet sound, one I've been waiting months to hear. Later!

What always amazes me about your artwork is how you can take a simple card design and make it absolutely FABULOUS! I am in love with these cards. I rarely use my White Daisy, but your cards are so inspiring, I might have to pull it out this weekend :)
