Credit Where Credit is Due

While I occasionally come up with something that I feel I can claim as my own, much of what I do is inspired in one way or another by someone else. I try really hard, too, to keep track of what I see and when I saw it so that I can credit the person that inspires me. Sometimes, however, I lose track, and although I do always try to find the original, there are only so many hours in a day. The crayon resist cards I featured recently are an example of "losing track." I knew I had seen cards using the resist technique and flowers in blue/green and pink/orange color combinations "somewhere," but for the life of me, I couldn't find them.

Tonight, while "catching up," I came across them again here on Kim's great Clearly Inspired blog. Although I have yet to watch the video tutorial (only because the speakers on my computer are not working properly), I'm sure it's as great as her other videos have been. Great, too, describes the clear cards she features in her post today. I encourage you to take a look. If I get so brave as to try them, I will clearly remember who inspired me!

To you Kim, I say thank you for the inkspiration. Enjoy the CTMH convention. I can't wait to see what you have to show us when you get back home!
