Hallalujah! It's Friday! I am so looking forward to what looks like is going to be a restful weekend. Marv's leaving in a bit to go work on the hunting cabin until Sunday, so it is going to be quiet, which is just what I need to get my bearings straight.

This card is one I might use for a club project Sunday night. It's simple but beautiful nonetheless. While I've seen several versions around the blogosphere, I saw it first here on the Flutter by atomicbutterfly blog.

Materials & Tools: White Daisy cardstock; Garden Green ink pad; Say it in Style May SOTM; Ribbon from Walmart; Gold mini brads; Cuttlebug with Birds & Swirls embossing folder and Nestabilities Classic Ovals set; Sponge dauber.

Although weather.com says it's only 75 degrees outside right now, it's got to be 85 in the den where my corner and computer are located. That means I'm either going to go hang out in the living room or maybe outside until it cools off a bit. Whether you've got plans or are joining me in a quiet weekend, I hope yours is a good one.
