If I had a lick of self-discipline, I'd be making Christmas cards. Instead, I was in the mood for a butterfly and some pretty "anytime" paper.
The card is my interpretation of Jen Del Muro's A Sketch for You to Try. It's another butterfly that I stamped with VersaMark and chalked. I added some Orange Peel Stickles to a few spots on the wings to give it a little sparkle.
Materials & Tools: White Daisy, Black, and Autumn Terracotta cardstock; Basic Grey Ambrosia 6x6-inch paper pad; Black, Bamboo, and VersaMark ink pads; Basic Grey Ambrosia Bitsy Bohemia and Papertrey Ink Mixed Messages stamp sets; Ribbon from Walmart; Black Bitty Brads; Orange Peel Stickles; Stampin' Up Photo Corner punch; Cuttlebug w/Nestabilities Classic Circles set.
Bjorn is sleeping in this morning, and Mathias is watching cartoons. I have one more sketch challenge card to post. Maybe I can sneak it in before the "activity" begins.

I love this! Great minds think alike! I love that paper, much better than the one I used!
Too funny, just looked at your card again, and I almost put one of those corner pieces in the same spot you did!
You and me both on the making of Christmas cards or lack thereof. But I oh so love this card and I'm glad you created it so I can case it! I'm getting inspired to head over to my corner just looking at it. Love the sparkle!
