Here are a couple more cards made with the Whipper Snapper Designs Friendship Blooms set. Again, the small images presented layout challenges. What you see are a pair of KISS cards, as in Keep It Simple, Sweetie!
The images on both cards were colored with markers. To create the shading on the watering can on the bottom card, I just went over the area I wanted shaded with the same color marker.
Materials & Tools (top card): White Daisy and Spring Iris cardstock; Black and Spring Iris ink pads; Crystal Blue, Holiday Red, Honey, Garden Green and Spring Iris markers; Whipper Snapper Designs Friendship Blooms and CTMH Say in in Style stamp sets; Cuttlebug w/Swiss Dots embossing folder; Martha Stewart Doily Lace Edger punch; Piercing tool; Stampin' Up Piercing Guide and Mat.
Materials & Tools (bottom card): White Daisy, Spring Iris, and Baby Pink cardstock; Black and Spring Iris ink pads; Baby Pink, Amethyst, Spring Iris, Garden Green, Sunny Yellow, and Grey Flannel markers; WSD Friendship Blooms and CTMH Say it in Style and Spot On Backgrounds stamp sets; Cuttlebug w/Nestabilities Classic Circles set; Piercing tool.
Luckily, sleeping the day away yesterday didn't keep me from sleeping last night. Although I'm not doing cartwheels today, I'm feeling much better. It's brighter outside today than it's been in recent days, which is nice. For me, a little sunshine is always an instant picker-upper. With a wish for you for a wonderful day, I'm going to sign off and go make something happen. Thank you for stopping by ... Later!
