Finally! A card and my take on Sketch #72 on the Clean & Simple Stamping blog. It’s a great sketch for using scraps, which is about all I have left of the Basic Grey Wassail paper pad that I bought last year.
Materials & Tools: White Daisy and Desert Sand cardstock; Basic Grey Wassail 6x6-inch paper pad; Vineyard Berry ink pad; Close To My Heart Card Chatter – Christmas stamp set; Ribbon and charm from my stash.
It sure felt good to park my butt in my corner again for a few minutes. It’s been a busy week.
Today, we’re celebrating Christmas with Marv’s family at the hunting cabin, which is located about 40 miles from here. We’re staying overnight this year, and while I’m looking forward to it, I’m hoping we make it back to town by noon tomorrow.
Enjoy the weekend! Later …

This is so beautiful, Kathi! I love those papers you used. Classy and elegant for sure.
Have a great time with the family!
beautiful card Kathi. Hope you make it back to town on your timeline. I am actually contemplating purchasing paper in a LSS. I see all these beautiful cards made using other papers and think I can do that, I really can. My daughter's family had a photo shoot for Christmas and the shirts she and her husband are wearing don't really match our papers unless I use Silhouette or make my own. hmmmmm. Whatever I do I will post.
This is beautiful!
Merry Christmas!!! Love your card - wishing you a joy-filled day!
I love this Kathi. Great job using up scraps and I love the charm. Enjoy the day and overnight trip.
Great card. I'm headed my crafat area to work on cards that I need to send out.
