White Space

When you create an ad, white space is considered a good thing. There's nothing wrong with a little white space on a card either once in a while, particularly if your stamped image is strong, and you want it to take center stage. This is a favorite color combination of mine - Cranberry, Dutch Blue, Sunflower, Topiary, and White Daisy. I particularly like it for fun, whimsical flowers such as those in the Angel Whispers set. My White Daisy background, if you can't tell in the photo, is textured cardstock. I don't know if there's anything more here that requires explaining, with the exception that the second (Sunflower) circle element in my flower center was cut out with a punch and adhered with foam mounting tape. To add give it definition, the white cardstock was outlined with a My Legacy Writer. With nothing particular on my mind, I don't have any jabber to add, which may evoke sighs of relief . . . It's kind of nice to be thinking about nothing. It's like serene! Later!

Okay thought the last card was super, but THIS one takes the cake! Now I'm bummed I didn't get this. The color combo is terrific. I'll have to see what I have in my stash to create something like this. Love the white space...

Kathi, you are so very talented!
