‘Tis the Season

Christmas Trinkets_Dec 2009

Here’s my adaptation of Unscripted Sketches #33. The ornament was attached with foam mounting tape. I love the Juniper and Tulip colors.

Materials & Tools: White Daisy, Tulip, and Juniper cardstock; Jingle paper packet; Olive, Juniper, and Tulip ink pads; Close To My Heart Christmas Trinkets and Stampin’ Up Peaceful Wishes (retired) stamp sets; Sparkles; Fiskars Apron Lace border punch; Round sponge; 3M foam mounting tape.

The weatherman was right. It’s been snowing all day. Unfortunately, it’s not quite cold enough, so it’s sticking to the sidewalks and roads. Moving around, whether you’re walking or driving, is treacherous. Regardless, I think the rest of the family is going to a hockey game tonight. Me? I’m going to stay inside and hang out in my corner.

I hope your day has been a good one! Later…

This is super cute and festive. I love how the ornament is hanging from the branch.

Stay safe and warm with all your snow. I think you're smart to stay indoors.

Gorgeous Kathi!!! You adapted that tricky sketch really well. I too love that color combo. We were warm enough here today to open windows??? Go figure.
